Commands pull-down menu Manual page 130
The Commands menu provides access to a number of commands in
the Norton Commander. All the commands in this menu are
described in the following help screens.
There are four groups of commands in this pull-down menu:
Commands The first group contains four DOS
enhancement commands for quickly changing
directories, finding files, recalling recent
DOS commands, and changing the number of
lines on the screen.
Panels These three commands act on the Left and
Right panels to swap the left and right
panels, turn the panels on and off, and to
compare two directories to find the
differences.
Mail The two commands in this section allow you
to check for new mail, and to read old and
create new mail to be sent via MCI Mail.
Menu/Ext These two commands are used to edit the Menu
and Extension files, which are the two files
that support the User-defined menus, and
point-and-shoot.
This page created by ng2html v1.05, the Norton guide to HTML conversion utility.
